The cooperation of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine and the experts of the employee’s federation will improve relationship between agrarians and the state. The minister of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine announced about it. Mykola Prysyazhnyuk was present at the meeting of the federation.
He said “Agro-industrial complex was the only branch without the employee’s federation; which at least was created. The Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine will actively cooperate with the federation. As the main task of the Ministry is to count on employers, labor unions, specialized associations in fulfilling the tasks developed in the program of economic reforms of the president”. He also added “The federation will help in defending different programs and preferences of agrarians”
Among the first steps of the Federation is the development of new model of financing the agrarian sector. According to that model the federation will have the rights to share 50% of value added tax among the agrarians. Thus, UAH5-7billion will be directed to the single accumulation account in the setting of finance body of the federation. It is planned that 25-10% will be used to compensate administrative expenses and consulting service; and 75% will be used to finance projects.
