APK-Invest begins its own production of edible coating; the casings manufactory is about to be launched on the territory of meat processing plant.
Strategic approach of APK – Invest in organizing production process is based on complete in-house production cycle; when internal needs of the enterprise are covered by means of its own recourses. By so doing the company manages to decrease the production cost and improve the quality of the products.
New casings manufactory will allow producing of more than 25 km of casings, which will completely meet the needs of the enterprise in high-quality edible coating. 20 percent of casings which will be not used by the enterprise will be sold to other producers.
New unit is a separate building with an area of 300 square meters. It is located outside the territory of the main building mainly because of sanitary standards
The raw material goes from slaughter unit through pneumatic pipe systemand the processing is done on the automatic line of the biggest producer of food equipment — company called “Bans”, Germany.

The project is financed by Ukrainian capital only. The main stockholder of the enterprise is Borys Kolesnikov through Ukrinvest, CJSE.
The enterprise owns the facilities in Krasnoarmiisk and Konstyantynivka districtsof Donetsk region. It is the national leader in pork production. The enterprise is presented by such brands as “Myasna vesna” and”Kolbaspishcheprom” on consumers market.
