Prime minister of Ukraine Mykola Azarov assigned the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Agrarian Policy to maximally hasten the payment of governmental subsidies for meat, dairy and grain production to Ukrainian producers. The head of the government announced about it on the Government session.
Despite that the governmental subsidies for the agrarian sector are doubled in 2011 versus last year the agrarians of Poltava region claim that they have not received the subsidies promised by the government.
The Prime Minister of Ukraine says: “Frankly speaking, I am indignant. If there were no money in the budget, that would be another matter. The money has been allocated but on its way to the producer there are laggard bureaucrats again.”
According to all this Mykola Azarov assigned the Ministry of finance and the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food to provide the payment of all governmental subsidies to agrarian enterprises during 2 weeks.
