This concerns the application of the Cabinet of Ministers of 21.06.2022 № 738 "Some issues of grants for businesses" to create or develop greenhouses, as well as the order of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy of Ukraine of 06.07.2022 № 428 "On approval of the standard project of modular greenhouses".
The webinar was organized by the specialized department of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy in partnership with the All-Ukrainian Association of Communities with the involvement of interested parties.
"We are currently working with limited resources, but we are doing everything to achieve several goals: creation of jobs in the agricultural sector and rural areas, development of our economy and relocation of businesses from the temporarily occupied territories. Of course, we are working to create added value and import substitution, to increase exports of domestic products. Now more than ever, we have unimpeded access to world markets, we have funding from the state, we have knowledge of our entrepreneurs and farmers - all this forms one successful puzzle and will give synergistic effect", - noted during the webinar First Deputy Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine Taras Vysotskiy.
During the event, participants were informed about the conditions and mechanism of the grant:
Grants are provided for the construction of one modular greenhouse with an approximate area of 2 hectares (from 1,6 to 2,4 hectares) in accordance with the standard project. The number of jobs created must be at least 40.
Grants are provided under co-financing with the corecipient in the following ratio for the first 1000 applications: not more than 70% (but not more than UAH 7 million) of the cost of the modular greenhouse construction project - at the expense of grants, not less than 30% - at the expense of the recipient (own or loan funds). For all subsequent applications at the expense of grants - not more than 50% (but not more than UAH 5 million) of the cost of the project for construction of modular greenhouses, at the expense of the recipient (own or loan) - at least 50%.
Grants are provided only to one recipient taking into account persons connected with him/her.
The recipient must implement the project on construction of a modular greenhouse on the land, ownership and / or use of which is confirmed by the appropriate documents of title for a period of not less than seven years.
The participants were also informed about the requirements to a typical modular greenhouse project and answered the questions raised.
