In connection with the military conflict, the Center will carry out their scientific evaluation and provide appropriate expert opinions with recommendations for their state registration.
In connection with the martial law and the economy of budget funds, the creation of a separate budgetary institution in Ukraine is not discussed.
It is planned that Gosprodpotrebbsluzhba may authorize the already existing scientific institutions that are under its management to perform the functions of the National institution for fodder additives and various types of veterinary.
