Cooling cassettes can be used for inlet valve tunnel and combitunnel ventilation systems. The air is cooled as it passes through the cooling cassettes, which are constantly kept moist by a drip irrigation system. Fresh air is cooled while absorbing water vapor from the cooling cassettes.
